RETURN POLICY

In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within seven (14) days of the delivery date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process: To return an item, please email trescentsbytarita@gmail.com including the order number, name on order, and reason for return/exchange. Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges . We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds: After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange minus (-) the shipping cost. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange on our end. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Defective or Damaged Product:

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or a new product be sent.  If your products are damaged or melted upon receipt, with the exception of Oopsie products we will refund you minus the shipping cost or mail a new item at no cost to you.
